Even if meat hook dmg is affected by two perk cards you cant/shouldnt be allowed to use it in PA since its an unarmed/fist weapon. Anything as strong or stronger than a pole hook will take out nuke zone enemies stupid fast with the right build. Really, if you want to see 1k-2k dmg a swing.

The pneumatic power fist is a heavy-duty unarmed weapon in Fallout 3.

Similar in construction to the 'Big Frigger' power fist and others, the pneumatic power fist is a large metal glove, with a piston built in above the wearer's fist. The piston shoots forward with every punch, dealing more damage than most unarmed weapons.
Variants
- Fisto!, a more powerful version of the power fist that deals the most raw damage of any unarmed weapon.
- The Shocker, while equal in strength to the normal power fist against organic foes, deals an additional 25 damage to robots.
- Sim versionOperation: Anchorage, a sim-only version of the weapon which differs only in health (essentially non-degrading).

Locations
The power fist can be found randomly throughout the Capital Wasteland, and can be purchased from various merchants, with fixed spawn points in the following locations:

- Paradise Falls, within the slaver barracks, inside of a mop bucket in the southeast corner of the room. This power fist will be found in perfect condition.
- Rock Creek caverns, behind where the mirelurk king resides.
- There is one in Raven Rock, in the room in which Anna Holt is discovered.
- One can also be found in the Mothership Zeta add-on. It can be found after walking though the door from the engine room to the engineering core. Following Sally up some stairs, on the first left at the top is a metal box, on top of which the power fist can be found.
- Purchasable from Chief Gustavo in Tenpenny Tower.

- If one targets an enemy in V.A.T.S. that is below the knees in height, the power fist and its variants will not punch, but will instead kick the enemy (although the sound of the power fist hitting the target is still present).
- On the side of the power fist, are carved in kill counts. Thirty-three kills, to be exact.
